Our Commitment to Child Safety

Biyah® is a matchmaking app designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our users and take the protection of children extremely seriously. We do not permit underage users on our platform and have implemented measures to prevent and address any child safety concerns.

Age Restriction and Verification

• Biyah® is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older.
• We require all users to confirm their age during the registration process.
• Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 18 will be terminated immediately.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content, behavior, or user that raises concerns about child safety or suspect that an underage individual is using our app, please report it immediately. You can do this by:

• Using the in-app reporting feature (if available), or

All reports are taken seriously and will be investigated promptly. Where required, we will report incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Our Policies

• We do not tolerate any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation.
• Any user found to be engaging in, promoting, or distributing CSAM will be banned and reported to law enforcement.
• We cooperate fully with regional and national authorities in the investigation and prevention of child exploitation.

Biyah® complies with all relevant child safety laws and regulations, including those outlined by the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC).
