Delete Your Biyah Account & Data

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Biyah account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

👤 Who Can Request Deletion?

Any user with a registered Biyah account can request to have their account and personal data permanently deleted.

✅ How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to support@biyah.app from the email address linked to your Biyah account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete My Biyah Account
3. In the email body, include:
   • Your full name (optional)
   • Your Biyah username or registered email
   • Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 7 business days and send confirmation once your data has been deleted.

🔒 What Data Is Deleted?

Once your account is deleted:

• Your profile, photos, messages, and preferences will be permanently deleted.
• All personally identifiable information (PII) will be removed from our systems.
• Any match history or interactions will also be deleted.

⏳ What Data May Be Retained?

For legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention reasons, we may retain certain data (e.g. transaction records or account activity logs) for up to 90 days before full erasure.
